ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻に対する声明

2022年2月24日にロシアによるウクライナへの軍事侵攻が開始されました。この行為は独立国家の主権に対する侵害行為であり、容認されるものではありません。
平穏な市民生活が営まれていた街は破壊され、ウクライナの一般市民を含む多くの人びとが生命の危機にさらされ、人びとの生活に必要なインフラは途絶える事態が起こっています。
このような軍事行動は、人が尊厳を保ち、日常生活を維持することを破壊します。さらに、その爪痕はその後も人びとの生活に大きな影を落とすものです。利用者の人権を尊重し、主体的な自立生活と地域生活の質を支援するケアマネジメントの価値と倫理からすれば、ロシア政府による軍事行動は決して許されるものではありません。
この軍事行動によって亡くなられた人たちとご遺族に対して、哀悼の意を表します。また、不本意に祖国を離れざるを得なかった多くの人たちには、安心して日々を過ごせるよう、日本を含めて世界の国々が積極的に支援してくれることを切望します。
一般社団法人日本ケアマネジメント学会は、ロシア政府が行った軍事侵攻について抗議し、軍事行動の即時停止を強く求めます。また、国際社会が協力し、早期の平和的解決および復興支援がなされることを望みます。

Statement on the Russian Invasion of Ukraine

Russia launched a military invasion against Ukraine on February 24, 2022. This act constitutes a violation of the sovereignty of an independent country and must not be tolerated.
The cities where citizens lived in peace have been destroyed, putting the lives of many Ukrainians including civilians at risk and leaving lifeline infrastructure crippled.
This military action jeopardizes the dignity of people and makes it impossible for them to maintain normal life. Moreover, aftermaths of the aggression will have a huge long-lasting impact on people’s lives. We at the Japan Society of Care Management respect the human rights of our users and help them live independently in the local community with sufficient quality of life. In the light of our values and ethical principles, we find the Russian military campaign intolerable.
We would like to send our condolence to those who died during the military attacks and their bereaved family members. We strongly hope that the nations around the world, including Japan, offer active support for the Ukrainians who had to flee their country against their will to live in peace again.
We at the Japan Society of Care Management protest the military invasion by the Russian government and strongly demand that Russia stop its military operations immediately. We also call on the international community to work together for a quick peaceful solution and reconstruction assistance.
